up for somethingとは、「〜したい」という意味です。

hang outは、「つきあう、つるむ、遊ぶ」(to do something socially with one or more other people)という意味です。

What's up? を使った会話表現
What's up ?というのは、特に親しい間柄同士で、「元気かい？、調子はどう？」と聞く表現です。また、What's up with someonee?になると、（...は）どうしたの？、8（..に）何があったの？という意味になります。What are you up to? だと、「最近どうしてる？」という意味になります。

run of the mill (run-of-the -mill)とは、「月並みな、平凡な」という意味です。

have one's fingers crossedとは、（人差し指と中指を交差させて）幸運を祈ることをいいます。

A load off my shoulders / mindとは、日本語の表現と同じで、「肩の荷が下りる」という意味です。
